Friday 27th March 2026 saw our most recent Enterprise Adviser Network meeting. The session introduced the Employer Standards framework and supported Enterprise Advisers in getting started with the online self-assessment tool.

The meeting was particularly valuable for Enterprise Advisers already working with schools and colleges, offering practical guidance on how to strengthen, streamline, and enhance the impact of their careers education outreach.

During the session, we explored the purpose behind the development of the Employer Standards and provided a full introduction to the framework. Attendees were guided through the online self-assessment tool, including its key features such as the results dashboard, benchmarking comparisons, and tailored recommendations.

We also shared insights from employers who have already used the tool, highlighting the benefits and impact it can have in shaping meaningful engagement with education settings.

The session concluded with an opportunity for attendees to begin registering for the tool, alongside a Q&A and discussion on next steps.
