CareerSense Exploration Workshop – for 13-18 year-olds

The Exploration Workshop is a free 1-hour lesson, designed to develop students’ employability skills and build their confidence. A NatWest employee ambassador will support students to complete a series of tasks using real life examples from the world of work. The workshop helps teachers to reach Gatsby Benchmarks and deliver the PSHE programme of study. There are flexible delivery options, and all workshops will be arranged at a time and date suitable for your school.

CareerSense Find Your Potential – for 13-18 year-olds
These free curriculum-linked resources help students discover their strengths and skills for the future world of work, developing their self-awareness and helping them to confidently think about their career next steps. Students will receive personalised information on future careers that they may want to pursue, based on their strengths and what they enjoy.

CareerSense Dream Bigger – for 16-18 year-olds
Dream Bigger is focused on introducing entrepreneurship as a very real career pathway for young people aged 16-18; helping to inspire students, boost their confidence, and broaden their horizons by developing their skills and resilience, levelling up their transferable skills for the future world of work. The free programme includes a 1-hour workshop and 3x 20-minute ‘Plug and Play’ sessions which may be used independently, before or after the CareerSense Dream Bigger workshop to embed learning – helping teachers to reach Gatsby Benchmarks and the PSHE programme of study. The flexibly delivered workshop may be arranged at a time and date suitable for your school.
